Beautiful North Shore Bungalow Renovation
Ascot Ave Narrowneck Extension: Our team at Your builder had the pleasure of collaborating with interior designer Kate Gardham from Suede and Stone, along with owners, to progress the renovation of a beautiful North Shore bungalow. The project encompassed the creation of a pool, deck, and pergola to enhance the living space. Working in tandem with Matthew Bates from Leading by Design, we designed a layout for an open-plan kitchen and living area that seamlessly connected to the original bungalow.
- High-Pitched Gable Ceilings: The new back extension featured beautifully high-pitched gable ceilings that added a sense of luxury and spaciousness to the open-plan design.
- Oak Floors: The incorporation of oak floors further elevated the aesthetic appeal of the living space, providing a touch of elegance and warmth.
- Pergola and Deck: Adding a pergola and deck linking to the pool enhanced the outdoor area and created a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
